Refund policy

All of our designs are 100% handmade. The images shown on our website serve as a representation of each style; however, every piece is individually crafted, making each one unique with slight variations.

No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or order modifications once an order has been placed.

Exchanges

We understand that an exchange may occasionally be necessary. Exchanges may be considered only under the following conditions:

• A request for exchange must be submitted within three (3) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, odors, or alterations, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

• Exchange approval is subject to inspection and verification by Ceremonías Isabell upon receipt of the item.

• Ceremonías Isabell reserves the right to deny an exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom-made, altered, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the client must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Failure to notify within this timeframe may void eligibility for review.
